William Poole

Personal Trainer

William is an Asheboro native. He attended AHS and was an active participant on the football, track and wrestling teams. He went on to coach the AHS football team in 1981-82 season and had the opportunity to become an international strength coach for pro-ball players in Germany.

William holds a title for Mr. Jr. Atlantic USA and has been Personal Training for over 22 years.

William is the Minister at Bread of Life World Christian Center in Asheboro and helps to maintain the Prison Ministry Program in Troy and Albemarle.

William’s advice to our clients is “Be positive. There is always something better than what you see.”

William, a man of few words, is a definite asset to our program.


Sue Douglas

Personal Trainer & Aerobics Instructor/ Co-Ordinator

Sue is a dynamic force with in the gym. You can hear her voice pumping up her classes all the way downstairs.

Sue has been teaching Aerobics for over 25 years and is also a certified personal trainer. She holds the following certifications: IFTA, ESA and NDEITA.

Sue continues to motivate her students through aerobics, slide, step, core-dination, cardio-kick, salsa and the famous Su Bo.

Sue has many talents and will guarantee that you will work up a sweat in any of her classes.

As energetic as Sue is, it is no wonder that she also teaches in the Asheboro City School system and holds a degree in Special Ed and Middle School Science.
